Customer Reviews & Ratings

“Our AC stopped cooling on a Sunday when it was 94 degrees outside. Called HVAC Cumming GA and a technician arrived in under 50 minutes. Replaced a blown dual capacitor and had ice-cold air flowing before dinner. Upfront pricing and zero surprise charges. Highly recommend!”

“We replaced our 16-year-old noisy builder units with ultra-quiet Daikin variable-speed heat pumps. The installation team was punctual, respectful of our home, laid down drop cloths, and finished in one day. Our electric bill dropped by nearly $120 the first month!”

“Living in South Forsyth, our upstairs was always 8 degrees hotter than downstairs. HVAC Cumming GA rebalanced our ductwork and installed two 17 SEER2 systems with smart zoning. Every room in our house is now the exact same temperature.”

“Being right on Lake Lanier, our basement always felt damp and musty. They installed an AprilAire whole-home dehumidifier that runs independently of the AC. The air feels crisp, clean, and completely dry. Excellent expertise on lake-area humidity.”

“Woke up to 55 degrees inside during an ice storm cold snap. The technician diagnosed a dirty flame sensor and faulty igniter, replaced the parts from his truck inventory, and tested carbon monoxide safety. True lifesavers in freezing weather.”

“Added a mini-split for our newly finished bonus room over the garage. Clean installation, no mess, and the unit is whisper-quiet. The team was super knowledgeable and helped us apply for the energy tax credit.”

“Had severe duct sweating in our North Forsyth crawlspace. They resealed all joints with mastic and upgraded our duct insulation. Great local company with honest prices.”

“Signed up for their Comfort Club maintenance agreement. The technician washed out all the pine pollen from the outdoor coils and cleared the drain line. Very professional service and thorough report.”
