1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a diagnostic service, repair, maintenance tune-up, or installation with HVAC Cumming GA Contractors LLC (holding GA Conditioned Air License #CN210599), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Diagnostic Fees & Flat-Rate Pricing
Our standard local diagnostic fee is $89.99 for Forsyth County residential properties. The diagnostic fee covers the technician's travel, comprehensive electrical/mechanical testing, and provision of a flat-rate repair estimate. Work will only proceed once you authorize the written quote.
3. Emergency Response Times
While our average emergency arrival window across Forsyth County is 60 to 90 minutes, arrival times may vary based on weather severity (e.g. severe winter ice storms or extreme summer heat advisories) and safe road travel conditions.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
All standard repairs include a 1-year parts and labor warranty on replaced components. New HVAC installations carry a 10-year manufacturer equipment warranty and a 1-to-2-year contractor labor warranty when installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
